THE FLASH FORGE — SEALED VACUUM PHOTONIC MANUFACTURING UNIT

The PP-05 Chromium is packaged as the Flash Forge — a sealed, self-contained precision machine tool designed for floor installation. One spool of Polymer-V in, finished books out. The deployment scales from a single unit in a campus library to a hundred-unit grid replacing the print-run model of national publishing.

Humanitarian Deployment

The highest-impact deployment is inside every the Foundation MK-Oasis pod. A humanitarian installation in a region without book distribution infrastructure receives a manuscript file over satellite uplink and delivers a physical, bound, archival-quality book within seconds of receipt. The Codex is the technology that makes Project Cicero's global library network physically possible. The computational intelligence inside the MK-Oasis — the Tullius AI librarian — runs on an Aetheric Sciences low-power photonic processor.^[6]

PP-01 Desktop Unit

The PP-01 is the personal-scale unit — 45 kg, 800 W, 100 pages per minute. Same femtosecond conversion physics at desktop throughput. The PP-01 does not match the Flash Forge's 60 m/s web speed — it matches its 1200 DPI resolution, on the same Polymer-V substrate, at a scale that fits in an office.
